PixieList is owned by Endow Data Solutions LLC. We are a husband and wife team in Chicago. There are only two employees, us!
We designed PixieList to be the service we wished for on the web. It's a site where people can share with their neighbors and local charities while keeping perfectly good items from the landfill. It's a place where items from your old hobbies match up with someone's *new* hobby. Where art students can gather items for an art project. Where charities can collect blankets or winter coats. Where you can give free stuff and get free stuff.
We made PixieList a little bit different. When you offer items on PixieList, your address, phone number and e-mail are not posted. You are in control of who you deal with and who sees your contact information. We cut down on noise and frustration by limiting the number of requests for each offer. Posts on PixieList are searchable and we provide the approximate distance between you and the posted item. Plus, you have a home page where you can manage your own posts and requests.
